CIMEA comparability statement: how to request it

The CIMEA comparability or verification statement is applied for online, on the DiploMe portal. The application must be submitted personally by the holder of the qualification.

A personal portal, built on blockchain technology

DiploMe is the CIMEA platform, developed with blockchain technology. For data-protection reasons, applications must be submitted and managed directly by the holder of the qualification, with their own credentials, and not by third parties. Once issued, the statement remains in the user’s digital wallet, in a downloadable and shareable format.

The steps of the application

The procedure takes place entirely in the personal area of the portal:

• creating the account on cimea-diplome.it and confirming the email address
• logging in to the reserved area with one’s own credentials
• completing the form with the details of the qualification and the course of study
• uploading the documents, that is the qualification, the transcript of examinations and an identity document
• paying the fee and submitting the application
• monitoring the status and downloading the statement at the end of the assessment

Costs and timeframes

The comparability statement and the verification statement cost 300 euros, with an ordinary timeframe of sixty working days. For comparability alone an urgent procedure of thirty days is available, for a supplement.
